Ownership of this web application and its content including photos

This web application, myimages.se, is owned by SPIT AB. The content such as graphic design, programming and functionalities is owned by SPIT AB. All parts of this web application is protected by Copyright, Intellectual Property Rights , Trademarks and other laws protecting immaterial Rights and is the property of SPIT AB. In regards of photos found on this web application, these are the Propiarity items of each individual Photographer and is protected by Copyright for the individual Photographer and can not be used in any other way than according to Terms & Conditions found in this web application. Infringement and any breach of the Copyright and the Terms & Conditions will have legally penalties.

By purchasing photos from our Exclusive Collection you will get a non-restricted exclusive global user/owner right/license to selected photo and it will be erased from our database once the purchase is done.

You are not allowed to use myimages logo or other graphic elements owned by SPIT AB to link to this web application without written consent from SPIT AB. Furthermore you are not allowed to, by linking, integrate any of this web application content without written consent by SPIT AB.

Usage of licensed and Copyright protected content (photos)

Under a normal license you can buy photos from three different Pricegroups, Small, Medium and Large. The usage of the photo is according to the limitation of each Pricegroup; Small is suitable for web publication, Medium is suitable for print up to 8x12 IN (20x30 cm) and Large is suitable for print starting from 12x16 IN (30x40 cm) up to 28x40 IN (70x100 cm) or above. You can, under the normal license, choose to print as many copies as you like of the purchased photo BUT you are not allowed to share it outside your own personal use.

With our Exclusive license you will get a non-restricted exclusive global user/owner right/license to selected photo and it will be erased from our database once the purchase is done. You are free to use it as to your liking.

Refunds and returning downloaded files

If you want a refund for a recent single-file purchase under a normal license (Small, Medium and Large) you can submit a request in writing within 14 days of your order, provided you have not already used the file.

Fill out the Form to inquire about a Refund.

Once the purchase is cancelled. you give up your Rights to use the file and must delete or destroy any copies (both digital and prints). Failure to fulfil this will be considered as an infringement and breach of the Copyright and the Terms & Conditions and legal actions will be taken. Unfortunately, we don't allow returns of files downloaded from our Exclusive Collection as photos found there are immediately erased from our database upon purchase and can not be restored.
